Patient Assistance

A cancer diagnosis can be financially devastating.
The Patient Financial Assistance funds provides funds for living expenses for eligible cancer patients undergoing treatment for the disease. Mortgage payments, rental and utilities assistance are among eligible expenses.
Because of the overwhelming demand for services, LBCF patient assistance grants are now closed for the 2011 year.
Limited applicantions may be accepted by patients in the communities of our Providers for Survivors Network (PFSN) – see communities listed below. Effective September 15, 2011, all applications for assistance must be placed through one of the practices in the Providers for Survivors Network. Correspondence from PFSN practices regarding patient assistance should be directed to info@lifebeyondcancer.org.
Applications from communities outside of the Providers for Survivors Network received prior to September 15, 2011 will be reviewed on October 6. Applicants will be notified of the disposition of their application by October 10.
All correspondence or other questions regarding the LBCF Patient Assistance Program should be sent to info@lifebeyondcancer.org
